Return Process

Pre-Covid Policy Below: (Not currently in effect until further notice) 

*Absolutely no Returns or Exchanges on "custom made" items.

However for non-custom items (excluding face masks, bathing suits, and socks)  Hustling Spirit will gladly exchange your new/unused item for a different size within (30) days of purchase. Please include original receipt and your request for a different size. Please contact us at info@hustlingspirit.com to initiate your exchange. Please mail merchandise for exchanges to, also e-mail us your "tracking number" so we can track it on our end:

Hustling Spirit POB 14 Mount Royal NJ 08061. Once the item(s) are received we will reorder the new size from our manufacturer. This turnaround time is 3-4 weeks, once we receive your item.

 

We do not accept returns for customized items, bathing suits, socks or facemasks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please send it back to the address below and include a note with your order number and email address letting us know if it’s a return or an exchange.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.

Refund Policy (if applicable)
We will accept back any item (with the acceptance of customized items, bathing suites and socks) that is within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor. The item must be in new condition.
